Milica Pešterić is a partner at Drašković Popović & Partners. Her main focus is on energy, contract law as well as overall commercial law. Prior to D2P, Milica was a senior associate in another reputable Serbian full-service independent law firm and prior that an in-house lawyer in one of the world’s biggest oil and gas companies.

Education

Milica earned her LL.M. from the Queens’ College, Cambridge University, where she read 4 papers: Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, International Commercial Litigation and Competition law. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. While at university, Milica was recognized many times for her exceptional achievements. She was awarded by the Ministry of Education of Serbia for the Best Students in the Country in 2003. She participated in the 14th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
