D2P’s partner Milica Pešterić was one of the panelists at the Legal Pro Forum 2024, held in Zlatibor 21-23 October. She participatd at the panel „What can the Legislator Improve to Make International Companies ‘Feel at Home’?”
The panel was moderated by Nebojša Lukač, attorney at law, who discussed together with Milica, Tanja Glišić, partner at TSG, and Bojana Antić, patient value & access manager at Takeda, about improvement of the business climate for international companies. They talked about the rights of foreign investors in Serbia, their actions and influence on the legal framework through memberships in business associations, everyday challenges, as well as what foreign companies bring to us in the context of the implementation of ESG strategies and policies from a global level.
