The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia in cooperation with Bojovic & Partners, organized a seminar titled “Assignment of employees on temporary work abroad and their protection”. Jelena Milacic, Senior Associate at Bojovic & Partners, will give the lecture.
The Seminar will present the solutions of the new Law on the conditions for assignment of employees for temporary work abroad and their protection – legal basis and conditions of referral, obligations of employees, the referral procedure, protection of employees and monitoring the implementation of the Law.
