The first press conference announcing the opening of the 20th Belgrade Dance Festival was held today, 3 March 2023, in ceremonial hall of National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. The festival will be held from 17 March to 13 April 2023, starting with the opening performance by the famous Le Bal de Paris.
Under the slogan „Together, we celebrate dance“, Belgrade Dance Festival celebrates two decades of continuous success and international recognition. BD2P proudly celebrates them and their effort.
Numerous guests from public, cultural and political life of Serbia, the ambassadors of the countries that support the festival, friends of festival and media representatives attended today’s conference.
Today’s conference was opened by Mr. Vladimir Orlić, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and Ms. Maja Gojković, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Serbia.
Ms. Aja Jung, the founder and director of Belgrade Dance Festival, greeted all gathered guests and expressed her gratitude for the selfless support they’ve been providing all these years to the festival.
