The latest amendments to the Labor Law were adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro on 7 April 2026, and the Law on Amendments to the Labor Law entered into force on 23 April 2026.
Most of the amendments relate to provisions on wages, which are now aligned with the implementation of the European Union Directive on pay transparency, but there are other numerous changes as well.
