It was formed in January 2013 as founding partner, Marija Bojovic, partner Vuk Draskovic and three other team members previously at Bojovic Dasic Kojovic (BDK).
Bojovic is an experienced lawyer and even helped establish the affiliated law practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Serbia. „I have worked with Marija for over six years now and was impressed with her ability to simplify the problems and her creativity to find innovative solutions,“ one client says.
Along with Draskovic, he is strong in corporate law. The firm attracts strong clients like Nestlé, EFG Eurobank, Philips, Adidas, Samsung and Fox.
Bojovic led the team that advised Nestlé in post-closing matters in respect to a deal where the client acquired a part of Centroproizvod for €36 million. The deal closed in December 2011 but the firm dealt with outstanding matters such as the transfer of real estate, convention of real estate, separation of land and questions in intellectual property.
The firm also acted for Eurbank Serbia and Eurbank Cyprus in respect to a €10 million loan agreement provided to Atlas Group. The firm drafted all security agreements for the loan and helped in the registration of securities.
