Therefore, we also provide our clients with full support and legal advice in negotiations with financial institutions regarding loan agreements, collaterals, etc.

We offer assistance with the procurement of necessary construction permits and licenses and the preparation of FIDIC and other construction contracts. Our experience also includes advice on real estate planning in cooperation with urban planners.
