Last week, 9-10 January, the 7th Transatlantic Conference on the Ethics of Business, Trade, & Global Governance was held at Stift Klosterneuburg in Austria. Organized by the University of Vienna, Saint Anselm College Center for Ethics in Business and Governance, University of St. Andrews, Institute for Cybernetics and Geopolitical Analysis, and the Hayek Institut.
Under the theme, “Geopolitics and the Ethics of Finance and Trade,” the event addressed pressing global challenges at the intersection of economics, ethics, and geopolitics.
We are proud to share that our associate Tina Petrić was an active participant and presenter at the conference, contributing to the rich exchange of ideas. Her presentation “The Hidden Cost of Sanctions: Can Economic Warfare Be Justified?” added valuable insights to the discussions and showcased our firm’s commitment to engaging with critical issues that shape the global landscape.
This conference brought together a diverse group of scholars and professionals from across the globe, enriching the discussions with unique perspectives and experiences.
