Marija Bojovic, founding partner, along with partner Vuk Draskovic and three team members, has spun-off from Serbian corporate law firm Bojovic Dasic Kojovic (BDK) in January to found Bojovic & Partners in Belgrade. Bojovic & Partners is a full service corporate law firm built on well-established best practice in corporate legal advisory services in Serbia and Montenegro.
The team has advised among the largest transactions across both markets, and supports some of the major market participants such as Nestle, EFG Eurobank, Philips, Adidas, Samsung and Fox.
With 14 years’ international practice experience which included establishing the affiliated law practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Belgrade, Bojovic specializes in foreign investments corporate, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, banking, finance and tax law.
Prior to the establishment of Bojovic & Partners, Draskovic was also a partner at BDK, where he headed up the employment practice group. Draskovic also brings a wealth of experience in M&A and general corporate law.
Also joining the senior management team, Uros Popovic received his JD and master’s degree in international relations from Boston University, has been a member of the New York Bar Association since 2006, and specialises in competition law.
