D2P provided full legal assistance to FitPass Limited, with regards to the final Phase III of the sale of its Serbian subsidiary Emergo Sport to C.D Holding Internationale SAS from France.
The transaction was carried out in 3 phases over a 4 year period (2019-2022), having D2P as a legal advisor throughout the whole process. The third phase of the transaction, the sale of final 51% shares, successfully closed in the beginning of February 2022.
