Drašković Popović & Partners provided full legal assistance to its client Titan European Holdings with regards to the sale of 100% of its share in Titan Machinery d.o.o. Novi Sad to the company Agromarket d.o.o. from Kragujevac.
D2P team represented its client, Titan European Holdings, in this challenging transaction and complex reorganization of the local company with an intention of preparing it for the sale. Paired with resolution of complex litigation and other commercial complexities, the work also included the finance compliance regulation.
