The Seminar “Assignment of employees on temporary work abroad and their protection” held with an excellent turnout

The Seminar was held in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and Jelena Milacic, Senior Associate at Bojovic & Partners, presented to the participants the legal basis and main conditions for assignment of employees to temporary work abroad, including a discussion on the obligations of employers, the assignment procedure, protection of employees, and monitoring the implementation of the Law which is effective as of January 13, 2016.
